Arrival instructions vary by airport and type of service. Your driver will usually call or text you or you will receive a text message with arrival instructions with a contact number. Detailed instructions on how to connect to your tour are included in your conformation along with a driver’s phone number. You should have received an email or text message with your reservation confirmation, but if you have further questions, please call our 24/7 Customer Service for further assistance.
Newborn babies and children up to two years old must be transported in the back seat, in a “child seat”, which is a special seat. Children must be placed with their backs to the driver. It is necessary to check the maximum weight indication of each car seat. Children from two to four years old must still be transported in the “child seat”, but this can now be turned forward. Remember to respect the weight limit, which in this case is usually 18 kilos. From the age of 5, it is already possible to change to the “booster seat”, which is a kind of elevation in the seat, just to ensure that the child is well protected with the car seat belt. The maximum weight for using the “booster seat” is 80 pounds, and the age would be 6 years. If the child is 6 years old but weighs less than 80 pounds, you must continue to use the booster seat, for their safety and in accordance with Florida law. It is interesting that parents realize the need for a “booster seat” in their child, even if the child weighs more than 80 pounds. Until the age of 12, it is mandatory by law that all children ride in a car only in the back seat, and with a seat belt. Please advise in your reservation the number of children and their age so that we can verify whether or not the use of a special seat will be necessary. We provide booster seat, toddler seat or both if necessary, but needs request it with your reservation at no extra cost.
Our animal transport policy aims to guarantee adequate space for them, along with your luggage and the luggage of other passengers in our vans. We have to respect the local traffic rules for animals and also the safety and comfort of all passengers: Less than 25 pounds: Lap carry allowed. Over 25 pounds: MUST be carried in carriers, please advise in advance at time of booking. Per ADA requirements, the above restrictions do not affect service animals. Travelers with pet allergies are advised in advance of the presence traveling with a pet or service animal
If an item is lost or left behind while using transport in one of our vehicles, we recommend calling Customer Service identifying yourself with your reservation, date and time at which it occurred. You can also call the driver directly if you have his number. If you cannot get in touch with him, you must call our Customer Service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

12 to 24 hours prior do pickup : 75% penalty

For flight or cruise cancelation on last minutes, we give the payment back or give a credit to other dates.
WAITING TIME AT AIRPORT:
The driver will be waiting no longer than one hour after the airport system inform that aircraft is at gate.
